- The Judging Panel will conduct a preliminary selection of works and shortlist 20 entries for the Hong Kong Region Competition.
- Shortlisted entries will be invited to present their works to the Judging Panel and to response to their queries.

- The Judging Panel will select First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Forth Prize and the awards will be presented in the ceremony on the same day. The unselected participants will also be awarded with a Certificate for compliment.
- The winning teams will represent Hong Kong to compete the Amway Cup and other awards in Jiangxi during 28th June – 29th June, 2008 with participants coming from different provinces of Pan-Pearl River Delta Region and Macau. (Transportation and accommodation costs will be fully sponsored by the Federation.)
