1. The Final Year Project (FYP) or graduation dissertation of Computing and related departments graduating students.
2. Written description of instruction booklet or Report or Dissertation is required for each work.
3. Each work can be completed by several students. (List out the work allocation)
4. Each work should be submitted with:
   1. One Page Introduction
      • Form size 23cm x 19cm, font size smaller than 12 and electronic documents in Chinese or English.
   2. Paper Version and Electronic Version (a Compact Disc)
   • The paper version should be in A4 size and bound into a book. The cover page title should include the Instruction of Work, Topic Name, Name of School or Institute, Student Name, Instructor Name and the Time of Completion.
   3. Software Demonstration (electronic version) and Real Object
   • The software should include installation instruction.
   1. Introductive Demonstration Software
      • Demonstrate the software in electronic version together with installation instruction. The demonstration time will be 8 minutes. The software should be demonstrated through texts, graphics or voice/sound recognition. It should be operated automatically after start and oral presentation by the participant can be omitted.
